Hot Office
The hot office is our hot take on the hybrid workspace. Once or twice a week you can work with your team, brainstorm, hustle, grab a boardroom, and build momentum. The perfect counterbalance to deep productivity in a work-from-home setting. When your team is “in”, you get full access to the space. R5000 Ex VAT.
Co-Working
Co-working involves some form of shared office space. Our form is bright and modern with beautiful views of Table Mountain, locally roasted coffee, access to phone booths, and plants in every corner. Need a desk? We’ll sort you out.
Boardroom Hire
Our boardrooms are modern and simple, with giant 4K screens and plenty of seating. You’ll also have access to the canteen, with coffee and huddle space, to greet your guests or finish a brainstorming session.
Team Office
Every team needs a base. Sometimes it’s just a convenient place to receive Takealot parcels, but sometimes it’s where you all pull together to solve a hard problem or take a break together to celebrate landing a big client. Our permanent office is just as cool as a hot office, except you get it 7 days a week. From R14,000 per month (Ex VAT), chat to us about your team’s needs
Dedicated desk
We are so excited to release our newest offer, your very own dedicated desk! Get all the perks of an office with the 100MB WiFi, bottomless coffee, ergonomic chairs and mechanical desks but pay just for the desk you’re using! The best part? It’s your desk and comes with a lockable cubby, 5 hours a month of boardroom time and is a month-to-month contract.

About Us
Having lived in a few cities, in a few countries, the HOUSE OF_ founders know intimately how important it is to remain connected to some form of community. Once they chose Cape Town as their base, they wanted to provide that anchor for others. Each co-working space has its own community, its own culture. HOUSE OF_ is a little cheeky, a little serious, always supportive. It takes after its founders with a never-ending curiosity about the world – new businesses, new science, new toys, new tastes, new people – and we hope that you will find something interesting here too.
